Review on Eyejusters Self Adjustable Glasses Combination Sliver by Brian Foxz

does not work with astigmatism

I was very happy to receive it. Delivery and communication with the seller were great (I ordered directly from the seller). Pros: Magnification is excellent, and the ability to adjust not just focal length but each eye separately is a useful feature. And they seem well made with adjustable nose pads. Fur: They don't have the optical clarity of good glasses - probably due to the dual lenses - but I expected that. I don't know how to clean them or what happens if dust gets between the lenses? Vision (this occurs when the cornea is irregularly shaped or sometimes due to the curvature of the lens inside the eye). Apparently all my prescription glasses are suitable, but these are not (and they didn't state it). I didn't see the impact of astigmatism on readability. They don't work for astigmatism, although blurred letters are much clearer :-) I think they have a reasonable return policy, but first I'll take them to an optician and see if external fixed lenses can be fitted. Corrective lenses to correct astigmatism. He will try to get me into varifocals which work well except focus is adjusted by adjusting head position and this causes a lot of stress in my head and neck. If you can get by with the regular reading glasses that you can buy in many places, they can save you the hassle of having multiple pairs of different magnifications. If your eyes require a different magnification, these can also be adjusted separately. Overall a well implemented idea - just not for me.
