Unfortunately for my business, my seamstress used this thread on day 31 so the return window is closed. Although ALL NUMBERS matched except the "Lot Number" threads, the PRODUCT turned out to be UNUSED! The thread is "lumpy" and has an uneven diameter. And not feeding properly. We have been using this particular yarn for many years and have never had a problem as it has always been a quality product. But these reels look like someone used the original empty skittles and then rolled in poor quality junk to flaunt as real. WARNING; DO NOT BUY THIS THEME!
