This clipper really exceeded my expectations. Out of the box, these are probably the sharpest scissors I've ever owned. The task of sharpening these scissors is extraordinary. The finish on them is exceptional too. I originally ordered them to have my hair cut at home during the pandemic and I've been very happy with them. They are way better than the other pair I ordered which were only marginally cheaper. I have a feeling you are getting great shears for what they cost. The tension is adjustable (with the tool included in the kit). The case is normal, nothing special, but serves its purpose.
