Not suitable for mobile phones
The shorts fit well and if you are only using them for the gym/slow workout they will do. However, I bought these running shorts and the phone pocket wasn't tight enough to hold them securely. I dropped not one but two the first time I went jogging. Luckily I had a phone case and it wasn't damaged. I decided to try the branded running belt to hold my phone instead and it currently works great as an alternative.
