I've thought long and hard about buying blue light glasses, but never pulled the trigger. I work in a regular office from 9am to 5pm, but I've also started playing again. I noticed my eyes getting very tired at work and eventually at home. It got to the point where at 3:00 PM at work my eyes burned out and I got a terrible headache. I've been messing around with the night light settings on my PC and it's improved things a bit. As a result, I decided to buy some "computer" glasses and came across these. The style they had was quite nice, I don't wear glasses regularly so I wasn't too picky as long as they looked good. Napkin. The quality of the glasses is really good, they don't look cheap. They are quite light and have not bothered me at work or long hours of play. I've had them for 4 days now and they've really changed my eyestrain. Even after late gaming sessions, I noticed that it was easier for me to fall asleep afterwards. The only downside to glasses is that you can't choose the size. I have a huge head so I immediately noticed that they look pretty small. They're a bit tight on my head, but I've never had a problem with any discomfort since wearing them. make a difference
