Poor customer service. Good air movement but poor design. I bought this product for my restaurant but the plastic rear engine cover broke after a few weeks. The engine cover broke off because it contained a drive switch. Most fans have the pull switch mounted directly to something more durable like the frame or motor. But this fan had a pull switch attached to the rear plastic cover of the motor. Therefore, under normal use, turning the switch on/off would cause the plastic to fatigue and completely break after normal use. There are cables everywhere. What's even worse is the customer service. I emailed this company with a photo of what happened. They responded and asked me to call their 1-800 number. I spend an hour on the phone trying to reach someone to see if they are covered under warranty. I haven't spoken to anyone after an hour so I emailed them. Finally they called a day later and said it wasn't covered as it wasn't a defect. Truth? After normal use, the entire back of the fan falls off and is the warranty expired? Nevertheless, I paid for the spare part. Don't buy a wall mount either. Poor design as it only has one screw holding this fan. This is a security risk and doesn't provide very good instructions.
