So, I have always had problems with my knees hurting. I’m only 21 years old, but am a very active person so my knees always got the beating. I’ve tried a knee brace before and it caused a little more pain and it was always bulky. I tried leg sleeves they were good if I’ve had them on for a while. Honestly was hesitant to buy these but I’m so glad I did! A lot of people were saying to go up 2 sizes but I got my actual size (L) and they fit amazing! We bought these to hopefully help my toddler learn how to walk in shoes. The sole is flexible enough to more with her but stiff enough to provide protection outdoors. She's been walking for around 4 months but always barefooted. We have tried other shoes and she'd always go tumbling when she'd walk. I wanted long skirts and these are LOOONG skirts. I followed the advice of other reviews and ordered a size large (a size up), and they are bit looser in the waist than I care to have so I could've probably ordered a medium.
