So, I have always had problems with my knees hurting. I’m only 21 years old, but am a very active person so my knees always got the beating. I’ve tried a knee brace before and it caused a little more pain and it was always bulky. I tried leg sleeves they were good if I’ve had them on for a while. I only tried one brace to try and see a different and it’s crazy I feel like my age even after now wearing it for a couple days after going to the gym. Ofc the other knee is killing me. But these are not bulky and can fit to any size. I definitely recommend these if you get a lot of knee pain.
