I struggled to find the perfect mount for my incredibly large and heavy OnePlus 7 Pro when it was in a mid-weight case. I finally found it. After asking if the adhesive/tape would remain after removal and being told it wouldn't, I made my decision, bought it, got it, stopped and checked. It holds like a gorilla's grip. And because of the way it holds (it has 2 polymer lugs on the back that press the phone against the lugs on the front lip without potentially damaging the phone) I can dodge, accelerate like a nut, and the phone always remains firmly in the holder. Great cell phone holder. I am very happy with it. Well, if you don't like something sticking to the dash (like my wife), forget it. He's glued to the dashboard like his life depended on it. I don't see myself trying to remove it. If I ever sell my car, I'll let it run and the new owner can clean it if they want.
