It Pea Foot, Hand & Nail Care

I bought this product because I wanted some earthy colors. something for fall. After wearing this I found that it doesn't dry underneath. It can dry on top but in the middle of your nail you can move the product and I don't like that because then it peels off, even if I put it under UV light for a long time it still doesn't dry like it should
