Our whole family loves snails. I don't like French cuisine, but I love snails. I didn't know they were so easy to make at home. I bought this harness and two different types of large canned snails. I fried the snails in butter with garlic, shallots and parsley. I was a little nervous about baking food in the oven. I was afraid they might break, but they didn't. We went out like we were going to a restaurant. I put a little Parmesan on top and baked at 350 for seven minutes. Served with a salad and my husband and daughter were so excited. They don't come with small forks, so order those as well. I bought snail shells so I can cook them on these dishes next time. My gourmet daughter also suggested they make a great stuffed quail egg. Hm. Highly recommend for all your snail needs. Would definitely buy again. Remember they come in a set of 2 so you may need more than one set.
