Uff, so many things about this snowman annoy me. Initially when I received this BOTH arms were torn at the seams when I took it out of the box. This is where my troubles started. but I'm a practical person and can sew, so I took the time to sew my arms back on. then it looked good. I thought I would be happy with that. So we took it outside because the description says it's street legal. It rained the second night we had it outside. I had a timer that turned itself off. So it's time for the night and I went out to turn it back on. AND NOT LUCK. I've pressed the button multiple times to get it to work, but to no avail. I opened the battery pack and it was filled with water. so much for being appreciated outside. it is clear that this is not the case. I was wrong. I installed this in the middle of my display and ended up having to remove it because it's just a piece of junk. I would never buy this again.
