I got a Wii as a gift along with Just Dance 1 and 2. From there I bought Just Dance 3 and 4 because these games are so much fun. I love to dance and dance to the songs I love on the radio etc. it's VERY FUN! They motivate me to lose weight and lead an active lifestyle. The games keep getting better with different options, fun songs, ways to unlock songs, etc. I just dance every day as part of my training, alternating between all four. The fourth is great because it has these cute little Just Sweat sections where you can choose between 10, 25, and 45 minutes before your workout. You can then choose a training topic (space adventure, fan camp, electro, etc.) and then do a warm-up. After the warm-up, you'll get a song based on how you did in the warm-up (the more active and better you are, the more intense the next song will be). After the song another thematic training session. The intensity of the training also depends on how well you did with the song beforehand. Just Sweat alternates between real dance songs and mini-workouts during the originally selected time. There's also a cool down that I love! The songs are heavier than Just Dance 1-3 but I love it for that reason! I'm not tired of 4 yet and I use it A LOT! :)
