I use this stabilizer (PH-10) with Sony a7iii and Sony 200-600 lens. I added a Sony GPX1EM grip extender to the camera body for a better grip and it adds a bit of weight to the back. I can balance the combination almost perfectly. If you point the lens extremely down (forward) or up (back) there is a slight tendency to rotate in that direction when you let go of the camera. This is because the lens mount is a bit too large on the 200-600 and the vertical center of gravity is a few millimeters higher even at the lowest vertical stabilizer setting. A slight pull on the gimbal's top handle will stop this while still allowing free movement. This could probably be corrected by replacing the lens stem with a shorter one. If only Sony would make their legs compatible with Arca-Swiss everyone would be happy.
