Works well for the price, sticks a bit and you really have to crank down to tighten it, but overall, quality product. May require frequent calibration and adjustment!

This is a really good ball mount for a smartphone. I have a Galaxy S20 Ultra and this mount has no trouble keeping it steady in place on my JOBY tripod.

I had problems with the get go with this product. It just didn't want to tighten down on my tripod. I never have got it tight. My biggest problem is that it will not handle my camera setup. I have a few of these from different makers. This one had the potential to be my favorite but it has two flaws. First the rubber feet don't stick out enough to grip the surface it's sitting on. I bought this to add to the switchpod I just bought because it doesnt have a ball mechanism. I thought this would work. It was completely unsteady, and the ball would slowly move over to one side or the other. And my camera is the smallest dslr on the market, so it wasnt because of the weight. Then, the internal piece that you screw the tripod onto came off and messed up my new tripod. It was just a huge waste of my time and money.

I sent the first one back because when you loosen the ball head, it does not smoothly move and jerks. Very difficult to use if you're trying to get your camera just right. The replacement came and it does exactly the same thing! big thumbs down! They need to fix this so the ball head smoothly moves.

There is a side wobble when put on table, also when lens is pointing the opposite side the camera leans and falls forward. I do like that you get different positions and that you can tighten the screws to stay in place.

This is a very nice ball head. I have used it for quite a few hours now. The ball head has never come loose and moves around smoothly when you loosen it.

It is a nice addition to my tripod and phone mount. makes it easy to set my phone at any angle on the tripod for viewing or taking pictures. Build and finish are good quality.
