Dont waste your money
I bought this to add to the switchpod I just bought because it doesnt have a ball mechanism. I thought this would work. It was completely unsteady, and the ball would slowly move over to one side or the other. And my camera is the smallest dslr on the market, so it wasnt because of the weight. Then, the internal piece that you screw the tripod onto came off and messed up my new tripod. It was just a huge waste of my time and money.
