Update: Keen immediately offered to replace the shoes. Customer service was prompt and easy.I really loved these boots, warm, sturdy, amazing in the winter and put in many miles since I bought them in November but the eyelit popped off mid hike. I had to throw away the entire roll. The packaging was stuck to the roll. The sides of the roll were very sticky and when i started to pull off some of the strip it stuck on the sides and pulled off in very narrow pieces. It was as if it was sitting in the sun rather than in a cool closet.
