Broke but warranty immediately applied
Update: Keen immediately offered to replace the shoes. Customer service was prompt and easy.I really loved these boots, warm, sturdy, amazing in the winter and put in many miles since I bought them in November but the eyelit popped off mid hike. Now I can no longer cinch the boots down. I am extremely disappointed by how quickly I am having an issue. I submitted to the Keen Warranty so we will see if this is addressed.
