iPad 11 Pro doesn't recognize this stuff

Logic and of course the advertising says it should work but it doesn't. My iPad 11 Pro doesn't see it and I've spent hours trying to pair them. Another example of overly complex "technology" that doesn't work. Maybe I'm just a misguided dinosaur, but I firmly believe that technological devices and "improvements" that take hours or days to complete the simple tasks they were designed to do are plagiarism. We have better ways to keep our limited days alive.
