Works well with my iPad Pro 12.9 of the 5 Use the charger that came with the iPad. Otherwise the ports will stop working. This will be clearly stated in the product description. I almost got it back trying to use a longer third party cable.

Logic and of course the advertising says it should work but it doesn't. My iPad 11 Pro doesn't see it and I've spent hours trying to pair them. Another example of overly complex "technology" that doesn't work. Maybe I'm just a misguided dinosaur, but I firmly believe that technological devices and "improvements" that take hours or days to complete the simple tasks they were designed to do are plagiarism. We have better ways to keep our limited days alive.

I need to connect a lot of peripherals to my new Macbook Pro, most of them are USB 3 and I'm worried that I can't connect them all and have to buy them separately adapters. However, after I was recommended to use the gadget, I was able to connect all my peripherals without spending extra money to connect other adapters, and my laptop had several free ports.
