The services provided by this organization were exceptional! The project manager was very helpful in navigating through the process to finding an appropriate solution for our business needs. There are no downsides as far as I know - just highly recommended!! They really worked hard at getting us exactly what we needed when it comes down to implementation and support after that point has been taken care of. We implemented Salesforce along with Dynamics 365 (CRM) because there had not yet been any other CRMs out there which would have met all of their requirements. The ability to customize the solution for our specific needs. There are many customization points where we can extend/enhance the functionality of the system.The integration of the system with other systems was also easy. We are using it as an accounting system for our manufacturing business. I liked the ability to have a single view of all transactions across multiple locations. It helped us in tracking all accounts payable and accounts receivable related activities from one place.
