Terrible customer service
We bought and installed this zip line. Within 3 days the seat belt snapped while my 11 year old who weighs 90lbs was airborne. He may have been badly injured, but the brothers and sisters were there to help. I sent a message to the company asking for a seat belt replacement and it's been 3 months and they haven't even acknowledged me. The zipline itself is fine, but straps that break so easily are no good. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY as they do not stand behind their product. Can't even contact her! There are many other zip lines. go there!
