I've been battling hypothyroidism since 2011. When my doctor told me that I would need to take levothyroxine for the rest of my life, I decided to make some lifestyle changes. I gave up the prescription (about 1 year and no change in lab values or symptoms) and went to natural supplements. After spinal surgery a few months ago, I could no longer drive 100 miles to the store where I normally buy supplements. I've been taking BioCor Tiro-T2 for about a month. After two weeks I noticed changes in bowel function (constipation and weight gain became more of a problem after surgery). I take a capsule for breakfast. Now I have a bowel movement every day and my clothes are not so uncomfortable anymore. However, I will not check my weight until I can train again. Thanks Biocore!
