I bought these when I started exercising again after having a baby. The ligaments in my knees were very weak from pregnancy and I felt pain with simple movements like squats and lunges. I was worried the small size wouldn't fit me because I'm small and 5'2" tall, but they fit my knees well. I wear them for weightlifting and haven't had knee pain since! The only thing I do would like to say is that they may need to be adjusted during runs or WODs with lots of jumps and movements as I found them to slip a little during box jumps and lunges Overall a great purchase!
