This is an emulsion cream made out of rice extracts which is primarily used for oily acne prone skin. I am an Asian Indian and have very oily and acne prone skin. I wanted a moisturizer base which is light, friendly to my oily skin and which will not give me break outs. I use it before bed after cleaning, toning. After applying this emulsion I apply my under eye cream and night cream. I hope you can guess how light it must be that I can apply it under my night cream even though I have an oily skin. I do not use it during the day as I use sunscreen and combination of sunscreen and this makes my face a little more greasy. On days that I am at home and do not step out I use it during the day or under my make up. This may not work if you are looking for something to moisturize your dry or very dry skin. This emulsion cream in my opinion is meant for oily skin with rice extracts to control oil production on face. It has a very fresh light scent and cream spreads evenly and absorbs quickly.
