We have used this set twice, it's really fun and easy to do with kids. There are three colors and a fourth bottle with mixing instructions for the fourth color. The colors are very beautiful - bright and harmonize well with each other. This is by far the easiest way to easily tie dye and a relatively small amount of clothing. I've never dyed tie-dye before so I approached this set as a total beginner. I'm glad I bought two of these. At the end of the project we only had 15 shirts dyed from two sets, not just one. We have some color left, but not enough for 15 additional shirts unless we leave them mostly white, and in the end we'd have to leave the color choice to the remaining dyes, not our preference.
