The handle is a little loose in my furniture, but the old handles were slightly thicker metal, so this waxman doesn't bother me. By wrapping the new stems with a little duct tape, I made them tight enough that I could hammer them in and they wouldn't fall out. As for performance. my furniture floats on the floor with these castors. They are very smooth. I could definitely consider more Waxman wheels if I need them.
