This camera was installed a few months ago. Worked fine for a while until I connected my internet to it, now it randomly freezes and I have to reboot the system. I've tried installing the update they sent me and still no luck so now they're sending me a new dashcam to see if it works. Hope this solves the problem. Although when the system works I like it. Nice picture and I enjoy looking at it through the app on my iPhone. Customer service gave me a pretty good answer and now they're sending me a new dashcam, I'm happy with that. UPDATE: The new DVR system is working fine now and hasn't crashed yet (knock on wood) lol. The new DVR they sent me was definitely an upgrade. The look of the dash cam itself is the same, but the operating system is definitely an updated version and it works perfectly so far. Now I am very happy with my system and would like to thank Anran for his help. 5 stars exactly for the product and you help me 👍
