I liked this mask because it is a great price. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. First, it's not purple. It is blue. The pictures show the color of this mask and then compare it to another purple mask and purple shampoo. This may not be an issue for everyone. If you're trying to fix a more orange color, blue might be the color for you. However, I left this mask on slightly damp hair for 45 minutes and it made no difference. My yellow and orange tones have remained unchanged. Even that probably wouldn't be a deal breaker for me if my hair felt nice and cared for. That didn't happen. The hair became dry at the ends and became very tangled. This is the fourth purple mask I've tried and the only one that didn't do what it was supposed to do, either muted tone or condition.
