Review on Enhance Your Driving Experience with TRD Leather Shift Knob by Jared Stauder

The standard leather gear knob on my MR2 was starting to fall apart so I went with it as a possible cheap replacement. The ball is a bit small (more like a golf ball than a tennis ball) but the leather matches the rest of my car and feels good enough in my hand. The description is unclear, this IS a threaded knob and not some cheap "self-tapping" soft plastic tube where you cut the threads by screwing it onto the shifter. Not weighted either, after installing it I found the grip is stock *yes*; This means it changes the feel of your shifts (completely subjective, if you find it better or worse I prefer it). Ultimately happy with it, I'm sure there are nicer pens out there but not at this price point.
