First impressions were that they are very long but they wear well and completely cover my shins. which I signed up for after breaking my left tibia a few weeks earlier. The knee coverage is really good without adding bulk and good coverage on the side of the knee too. There is an interesting feature under the knee pad that wants to sit over your patella - I'm not sure I like that as it needs some sorting out when putting it on and I'm sure it will be less structured. Time, but it will be interesting to see if this helps keep the knee brace in place.
