This holder does not come pre-assembled which means you will need to fit bottom hooks to hang your ironing board and additional top hooks if you want to hang it over a door. The packing list includes screws to attach the hooks to the basket, but no screws or washers to attach the screws to the basket. You screw the screws in and then they just pop in and out. I can't believe they don't have a complete list of what you need to use this. I'll try to get by with zip ties until I get to a hardware store and find the right screws, but this is ridiculous.
