Customer Service and accurate product discription.

This product fits our patio lounge perfectly. Has tie downs, handles and is well made and easy to install or remove when necessary. Our patio cushions are like new with having this cover in place. Their customer service is superior and we will continue to purchase their products as needed.

Great cover with a giant exception

This cover seems really great, but you have to be able to actually tighten it down. It is sized generously as noted, so if you don't want to go through the full effort, you will get water pooling. And, unfortunately in my case, with part of my section against a wall, I can't tighten it enough. It still does the job, and I will have problems with any product, but will probably get something lighter that is easier to move around since I can't take full advantage of this.

Happy that it works, accurate description

4 stars because it was expensive yet still not exactly what I was looking for. The fabric is thick and well stitched, fits the dimensions as described, but I can see this only lasting through maybe 2 seasons of use. I don’t have much to attach the cover directly to aside from my railing, so I have to stuff it under the Rattan sectional pieces, and then lift the cover slightly on corners to clip it to the railing. NO PULL STRINGS TO TIGHTEN! As you can see, Theres no easy way to secure the cover

The material was waterproof, durable and had a great fit, unfortunately the material faded within a few months and the broke down. Had to bring it to the dump. It would have been 5 stars if it didn’t fade.

Looks great but… on my review.

Looks great but after few months in the Florida sun, it has already faded to a gray color. Definitely provides protection but disappointed by the fading.

My second time buying, ripped, but Customer Service was great.

Item fit my outdoor sectional perfectly, but a mix of cold weather and wind will easily rip it. This is my second cover and is the second time this has happened, even after trying my own preventative solutions. I hopefully can find someone with Flexiyard that can help send me a replacement, but will report back if I have any luck.Edit: Alice with customer service was courteous, quick to respond, and sent me a replacement, free of charge. Thank you!

Exceptional on my review.

This was such a surprise. It is a really heavy durable material. Beautiful rich taupe color. Lots of room also was supposed by the two pockets on either side. Has the tie down clips. Very excellent product will be replacing my older covers with covers from this company

Good quality. Nice design with many leg fasteners but does fade in sun quickly.

Seems like good thickness and well made. We left our cushions on our sectional and they were dry right after heavy raining. Lots of fastener ties/buckles to secure on legs to prevent wind blowing it off. Bought dark grey color which did unfortunately fade quite a bit in just 3 months. Overall very pleased so far.

Keeps everything dry

Keeps my out door sectional dry. The only issue I have is it hard to secure the bottom straps. I dont even use the straps and it still works great even in heavy rain!

Used this heavy duty cover to protect our patio against rain and the winter snow often Midwest, keeping our cushions dry and ready for use during the summer!

Didn’t last a year - my new review

Got a huge, like 3 foot long rip in it in less than a year. Unrepairable. Seemed heavy duty at first and definitely was waterproof. Thought it would last more than a year though.

Size was perfect but material is not….

The first one ripped after one year of usage and second one turned grey under the sun after a couple og months. Now the areas that saw more sun are grey while rest is black…disappointing….Update; soon after my comment, Customer Service reached out and apologized for the inconvenience and send me a replacement cover free of charge. They were very responsive and helpful, and I certainly appreciate that and increased my previous evaluation by two stars for their commendable service.
