My second time buying, ripped, but Customer Service was great.
Item fit my outdoor sectional perfectly, but a mix of cold weather and wind will easily rip it. This is my second cover and is the second time this has happened, even after trying my own preventative solutions. I hopefully can find someone with Flexiyard that can help send me a replacement, but will report back if I have any luck.Edit: Alice with customer service was courteous, quick to respond, and sent me a replacement, free of charge. Thank you!
