This product does loosen the hair extension from the tape, but as noted it doesn't actually remove the tape itself. Also, and maybe it depends on your hair texture, i.e. African American, this remover knots your hair strands and you may have to cut it out or it will just break off. If you have fine AA hair, do not use! I ended up just using an oil-based product because I'm really not trying to go bald. Just a shame.See full review

I used these for a rock painting craft at my daughter's beach birthday party. It was a hit. Although it says "extra fine point", I would not say that is true.
