This serves my toy pup well apart from one issue which I believe is critical and should be addressed by the manufacturer asap. The enclosure is well built and has features I like including a door, flexible setting, etc. The problem arises when the lock's deadbolt is placed on the grate, leaving a danger zone in four places for a stubborn pet to get in can hurt bodywork. eyes or something. My toy poodle kept poking his snout in this area because there is more space between the bars than in other areas of the enclosure. The ends of the lock are very sharp and penetrate the space between the bars and can cause serious injury to the muzzle, eyes or paws. I reversed the direction of the handle and covered the extremely sharp open sharp ends with a gasket. Dangerously sharp ends are located on the right side of the lock on both the top and bottom locks - there are four of them, two on the top lock and two on the bottom right side of the door. Can you imagine your pup losing sight of his right eye due to sharp objects (4) and unnecessary extra distance between these posts as opposed to all other posts? All it takes is to make ALL the posts equally spaced, and the ones on the right the same distance as the others. The only problem is the extra space on this page. PLEASE fix this before the little dog gets seriously hurt!
