I love this compression bandage for hand and wrist support. It is not stiff, comfortable and flexible, it can be worn on either hand, it also goes through my ankles and wrist. I have carpal tunnel and/or arthritis in my arm up to my wrist. I put it on one arm and when it gets better I take it off and usually my other arm starts hurting and hurting and I put it on the other arm. It really helped me. This is my step before I put in one of those carbide hand/wrist rests I have.
