Review on 🛁 Crayola Bathtub Crayons, Assorted Colors - Pack of 9 by Kristen Simpson

My daughter loves these colored pencils! They are softer than regular crayons so they are easy to write for my 18 month old who is not yet holding crayons properly. Despite being soft, they last a lot longer than I expected given their daily use. My husband squeezes too hard when they're worn out, but my daughter's light touch keeps them strong. We've had them for over a month now and only two of them have been upgraded once. Some reviews have mentioned that they are difficult to clean off tiles or can get dirty. I have found that they wash off easily once the tub/tile is clean. Soapy spots are much more difficult to remove. I haven't had any trouble with the dye either, although I've tried not to leave it on the joints for longer than baby's bathtime. On the plus side, I didn't notice any skin irritation warnings on the packaging like some Crayola bath products do. Adults are also keen on leaving each other silly messages to read in the shower. UPDATE: We've been using them for many months now and I'm deducting a star. The colored pencils have 4 notches to remove the pencil from the holder when worn. If you use the same label they will still work fine. But now, as we moved to the 2nd mark, each of the crayons broke and fell out of their holders into the bowl. This creates a choking hazard and renders the chalk completely useless. I struggled with whether or not to remove the extra star but decided that the amount of enjoyment I've had over the many months is still worth the money and I will continue to buy replacement kits.
