I like that it can be used as an API for other programs such at Excel/Google Sheets which makes life easier when managing large amounts of data in real time! The price tag does make this somewhat difficult if you're looking towards having more than one person using your account with archiving capabilities - however there are workarounds by utilizing multiple accounts (which isn't ideal but works). We've been able use our own software platform called Social Media Analytics Hub(SMASH) where we have all employees connect into their personal SMUSH dashboard so they don’t need access via another website / service provider; allowing us full control over who has what privileges within each individual application &amp through social media platforms without needing outside consultants etc..
