I had been interested in purchasing this pillow months before and was ultimately inspired to buy it. After a back injury I need a firm pillow for relief. I actually bought this pillow to use for a number of reasons, from a reading pillow to a stretching and meditation pillow. It was functional for every use. I've been using it extensively since receiving it until now and have noticed that some of the stitching in the well filled pillow has become a bit loose. This was especially true in areas that were subject to the greatest pressure and use. I added another stitch in these areas to reinforce them. Overall it is very robust and well made.
