I used this mount to integrate a Denon DHT-S316 soundbar into an existing Sanus mount that holds a Sony Bravia KDL-48W600B. overall concept. Since the feet are attached to the back of the TV, they could potentially interfere with the 48W600B's downward-facing input connectors. This may require you to connect cables to the three HDMI ports along with the 75 ohm coax connector. What I like about the design is that it eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the wall and aligns with the TV when you need to slide it into the horizontal plane of the Sanus mount. This may require some additional adjustments when I'm feeling quite adventurous, which I'm not currently doing.
