When you slide the hard drive in because it has no eject lever, you have to work hard to eject the drive, it takes about two minutes from time to time, and when you do it use it frequently, you either have a defective hard disk terminal or slot terminal. DO NOT BUY but buy clone trays that have an eject switch. I would return mine but have used it for the first time in 4 months and this is my experience updating my previous review, it no longer frees up the hard drive it contained then I decided to leave it inside and such to use but if you use it 2 or 3 times it says you should format the drive It's a bad product not only does it hold up my hard drive but I can't save anything on it as it dies the drive in a few days won't read well and will ask you to format it. Firstly they don't have customer service which works like there is no way to contact them to complain other than you want to physically go to their office. There is one number that no one pays attention to.
