This hair is amazing! I bought two thickness packs and only used 3/4 of them. I only left a little on the front and sides. The rest of her hair was braided down. This hair is so silky. I've only felt this on the hair that my stylist in Los Angeles usually buys for me. Pretty good quality. I hand washed my hair with shea butter shampoo and black castor oil, then used conditioner. I tried not to wave my hair too much and not to tangle it when I washed it, just combed it through my fingers a few times. Then let it air dry. That is beautiful. I add a leave-in conditioner every 2 days or mix with water in a spray bottle as needed.
