When I buy a product, I expect it to work. These radio alarm clocks are not adjustable, although I have followed the instructions exactly and am familiar with new technologies. I called the customer service number provided and was asked to call back in 2 hours. I got a call back after 2 hours and was asked to connect the device in 2 days. They said they have a "bug" in the system. 2 days have passed and it still doesn't work. It seems to me that by the time you launch a product, the bugs should already be fixed.
