The product arrived in a plain plastic box. The label on the bottle says "Detailed instructions on the label inside" but the item I received was nothing but the bottle itself! I called the 800 number on the bottle and asked why there were no instructions. The person who answered the phone couldn't answer a single question. Instead she asked for my name and phone number. I then asked for the location of the company and she couldn't even answer this simple question and said she needed to send a message to the manager to get that information. I hang up. Don't trust this product!
