Who would have thought that there were so many options and trendy products. teapots?! And luckily for us Revain consumers, the amount of bad products circulating in this category is overwhelming! This is the real deal for many reasons. Do your research and you will find out too! Here are just some of the factors I needed: GUARANTEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT (from an established and respected company.) DESIGN: Beautiful in its simplicity, ease of use. TEMPERATURE CONTROL. already 2 months. And I like it more and more over time! It has the temperature control I was looking for, the cool touch look I wanted, and a nice, simple design that was just as important as anything else! This is a beautiful kitchen gadget that will "enhance" our countertop. I've only seen one other kettle with this unique LED information display innovation. it's just right, not too much. And so far it works as exquisitely as it looks. PS: It's hard to find products that are the complete package, inside and out! FYI: I've narrowed the list down to this Krups and the Cuisinart CPK-17 PerfecTemp® cordless kettle. It was > $30, so Krup won.
