At first I was concerned that these gloves would be overpriced if they said 'reefs', but I was wrong. The cut resistance is noticeable as soon as you unpack it and in practice it does not disappoint. Previously worn when spearfishing with plenty of fish and lobster fishing these gloves held on to the rugged reef - absolutely no problems or complaints. Of course also suitable for lobster, spears or fillets.
