Matte boards are fine. The packaging is terrible.
These 12 x 18 matte cardstock have a creamy white base and are great for the photos I frame. Luckily these frames are all 11x14 and 12x16 as the full 12x18 panel size is useless. The boards were packed in a tight-fitting cardboard box with no inner lining. I have attached a photo of the worst angles when the package arrived today. The other three corners were also wrinkled, but not as badly. Inside, out of the half dozen rugs I've pulled out so far, all four corners of the rugs were damaged. They have been cropped to fit my needs but be careful if you need the full size.
