I love this utility but unfortunately it doesn't work well with my laptop. I mean it lifts it up and tilts it at an angle but I think my work laptop is too big. I have a large 17 inch Alienware laptop and I have a feeling it will crush this stand, but to be honest this unit weighs more than my cats. It's also too wide to not use a phone holder, but that's okay, no big deal. I wish the arrogance could be adjusted but putting a book underneath is fine, I used a large catalog from one of our suppliers and the height is perfect. Brackets to keep your laptop from sliding forward are nice, but then again, my laptop is so heavy it almost looks like it's going to break someday. Anyway, I can't complain too much as my laptop is a bit extreme so it should work fine with most other laptops. I'm not saying the quality is bad, I'm just saying if you have a massive laptop you might want to look into more, otherwise it's still a good option, especially for the price.
