I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000. This cable fits snugly into my camera (no slack so there is very little stress on the connector) and allows me to use the camera as a high quality webcam for Zoom, Facetime, etc. Also, my "virtual backgrounds" are better with a higher resolution camera (I don't cut off my ears ;-). I personally like the slight stiffness of the cable as it speaks to the high quality and also partially supports the weight of the cable to reduce the stress on the camera connection again. Very happy with this cable.
